    • For cases where the product is not liked or there is a size issue, refunds will be at our discretion. Please ensure you check all product details carefully before making a purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to apply for a return.
    • Log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history.
    • Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, and provide a reason for the return along with relevant photographs and videos.
  2. Return Approval:

    • Our team will review your return request within 3-5 business days.
    • If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or significantly not as described.
  3. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
